Follow below steps:

Step 1:
New students click on Register

Step 2:
a. Fill basic details
b. Agree to terms and conditions
c. Click on Submit

Step 3:
Pay form fees

Step 4:
a. Sms of username and password will be sent on mobile number entered in basic details. (If Username & Password SMS is not received, than click on Forgot username or password? and enter details to retrive your username & password for login)
b. Enter username & password and click on login button to fill full form.
